This website has been thought and created by Laurent Hermoye, Doctor of Medical Sciences (PhD), Electrical Engineer, graduated from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCL). Dr Hermoye is specialised in advanced brain imaging techniques and neurosurgical planning, namely functional MRI (which allows to detect which brain areas are activated by a specific task), diffusion tensor imaging (which allows to track white matter fibers in the brain) and perfusion imaging (which allows to detect perfusion abnormalities in brain tissues). Laurent Hermoye is the founder of Imagilys. He teaches radiological techniques at the Université Catholique de Louvain.
